Project Description:
Software Galaxies visualizes dependencies among most popular package managers. Here, every star in the visualization represents a different package. Position of the packages is governed by a force-directed layout. Edges that connect two packages indicate that one package depends on another. These visualizations allow for exploratory and interactive discovery by scrolling with one or two fingers, or "flying" through code galaxies by using the spacebar.
