Where Americans look for Vacation Homes

Project Description:
It turns out that people tend to look for vacation homes nearby, rather than aim for greener acres across the country. Trulia has mapped the searches that users make for ZIP codes with at least 25% of housing units for seasonal or occasional use, outside of their own metro area. The green nodes represent the metropolitan areas where users are conducting searches, while the connections indicate the most popularly searched vacation areas.
