Project Description:
Phosphorylome Map for Yeast: A map representing 4200 connections between 87 different kinases (red dots) and 1325 substrates (blue dots) in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Filters can be applied on the data to identify (1) those phosphorylation events occurring between proteins of the same cellular compartment or (2) substrates with similar functions to those of the kinase phosphorylating them.
