Project Description:
"Theoretical systems biology aims at understanding the functioning of cells by means of models that operate on the cell scale. Based on such a holistic point of view, we try to find new (static and dynamic) structures in large data sets, and we propose simple dynamic models to give mechanistic explanations for these structures."
