Project Description:
This depiction of a biological network of interactions differentiates nodes based on their status as genes, metabolites, or proteins. Data indicating the activity levels during a day-and-night period are superimposed over the node, whereas the orange lines depict data from mutant mice. Different genetic, metabolic, and biological relationships are represented on the edges.
