Project Description:
In an effort to illustrate the process of adapting to life in the old and historic city of Prague, Czech Republic, Tim Clark recorded everyday movements on a portable GPS device throughout 16 weeks, during the spring of 2009.

As Tim Clarck explains: "It was my primary goal to live as much like everyday Prague citizens as I could, to learn its streets, rhythms and customs and try to be seen not as a cizinec (foreigner), but as an adapted inhabitant of the city, and see what patterns would emerge in my movements."

This piece, entitled Jste Tady "You are Here" (in Czech), exists in its current form as a book that showcases maps, drawings, photographs, and writings Tim created during his time in the city.
